- We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked.
- National parcels will be delivered within 2-12 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to national parcels please do not hesitate to contact REFOIL on 02 9680 9222.
- International Delivery
Refoil does not ship outside Australia.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery; however we do not control our courier’s operations. Therefore late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel the order.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Of course every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out. But if, for any reason, you need to return a product, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible. All deliveries are subject to a 7-day grace period from delivery if an item is missing from the order, an incorrect or damaged item is received. Queries made outside this period are not guaranteed redelivery or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept goods back if you change your mind on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition and returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of parcel. By this we mean that all packaging must be intact. All change of mind returned goods will be refunded minus delivery and 10% handling and re-stocking fee. All products which have been tampered with shall be sent directly back to the sender with no refund.
Faulty/Damaged Goods return
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer service for assistance. All returned items must be packaged appropriately, include a brief explanatory note with your business name, invoice number and the reason for the return and sent to: REFOIL, PO BOX 528, Castle Hill, NSW 1765, Australia
We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, where our department will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note. Please allow a further three to five working days for the refund to appear in your account.
